Inaugural edition of “LEADS 2020 : Reimagine the World”: a 4-day global leadership initiative from FICCI to evolve a shared vision for global economic prosperity. It shall be organized on FICCI’s in-house virtual platform, from October 12-15, 2020 (Mon-Thus).

The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and relevant Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament have been invited to inaugurate the program and various sessions.

LEADS 2020 features 11 power packed regional spotlights from East to West, curated in a time zone friendly series of sessions across four days. It strives to be a confluence of global think tanks, academicians, policy makers and leaders, who share how leadership needs to adapt to an evolving future through business excellence, keeping diversity and sustainability as its foundation.

Business Leaders from 16 countries shall represent the corporate sector – including Apollo Hospitals, Star and Disney India, Hindustan Unilever, Mahindra Group; Tech Mahindra; Boom Supersonic, Lockheed Martin, Citibank, Hinduja Global Solutions, Panasonic India, Sutherland Global, L&T etc.

Participants from 44 countries have registered to hear the speakers and contribute to the interactions following key statements and panel discussions. In addition, based on suggestions from participants we are introducing a new feature for interactive meetings among delegates who have registered for any of the 11 regional theme sessions. This is the "Business Networking Lounge" which would enable registered delegates to request meetings of their interest, with other participants at LEADS 2020. The service shall be facilitated by a special FICCI business networking team.

The LEADS theme shall be woven through the sessions to deliberate on how leadership should adapt to an evolving global ecosystem through business excellence, adhering to diversity and sustainability as core business philosophy.
