State mourning has been announced on the sad demise of former President of India Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam from 27th July to 02nd August 2015.
A book of condolence will remain open at the Consulate General of India (344 St Kilda Road Melbourne Vic-3004) on Thursday 30th July and Friday 31st July 2015 between 10.00-12.30 hours and 14.30-16.30 hours.
