A roundtable dialogue of the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) and Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA) was held in Melbourne on 18 March. A five-member delegation comprised of Ambassador Rajiv K. Bhatia, Director General, Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), Ambassador Sheel Kant Sharma, former Secretary General of SAARC, Professor D. Gopal, Dean, School of Social Sciences, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Rear Adm. V.S. Chaudhary (Retd), former Indian Defence Adviser to Australia and Dr. Pankaj Jha, Research Fellow, ICWA participated in the event. High Commissioner Biren Nanda and Consul General Ms. Manika Jain also participated in the roundtable dialogue.
