Operation of Fake e-Tourist visa websites

A number of fake e-visa websites are operating on the internet, claiming to provide e-Tourist Visa services to visa applicants desiring to travel to India. In order to mislead applicants, some of these websites have created images and home page templates like the Government of India websites.

Please note that the correct Government of India website for e-Tourist Visa for India is:

www.indianvisaonline.gov.in

All aspiring Indian visa applicants are advised to be careful, and not deal with websites that do not belong to the Government of India.
